I have quite a few toys to install but too cold here too. That's also why I'm waiting to get the clazzio's. No garage and it's either snowing or raining :rain:

On the clazzio thread, what do you think the answer will be? ;)

Depends on what you think is "better". Katskins are a seat cover replacement which means you remove the cloth and the seat cover attaches directly to the seat frame. Clazzios are seat covers that fit over the current cloth seats so you still have either to chose from if you decide you no longer want leather.

Clazzios are about 85% the quality and fit of Katzskin at about 1/3 the price so it's up to you to decide what's better.

Has anyone been able to compare the other materials? How different are the bolsters from the inserts? Just curious if the extra $60 for leather inserts is worth it or if I should just get the pvc ones since that's what the sides are

Probably couldn't tell the difference unless you did a side by side comparison but the leather might breathe better in the heat of summer.

How do they hold up to abuse? I'm in construction and the stock cloth is already showing wear and it's a 2015

If you're throwing tools and chainsacross them I'd probably avoid black leather or the perforations which might catch wire and snag. Light grey would better mask scratching but they would wipe dirt and dust easier than soiling cloth.

I wear carpenter jeans and steel toed boots everyday to work for 10 months, no issues with my triple black with perforations.

I also wear a heavy canvas carhartt barn coat in the winter, no issues with wearing on the seats.

    Finished mine today:)
    These are the shit !
Great upgrade for appearance and style and comfort!
If you want to protect your brand new cloth seats then look no farther!
Pictures don't do these justice and for the price when you use promo code tacomaworld
423$ is a dam bargain compared to the competition that can't come close!
My advice would be to call clazzio.com guys to place your order with the code.
Sure Katskins might be better but wtf 3 times more $$$ or more and loose your factory covers no thanks! Not to mention these covers don't look like covers they look like factory Oem! And you can't get leather without buying a Limited edition with the gay chrome door handles etc or the TRD pro!
Also to mention if you damage one of more of the pieces this kit comes with you can buy replacements. Awesomeness!
Excuse my pictures as I haven't fine tuned um yet but I put them in a rush but will massage them soon.
    Happy Holidays All!

Installed the front Clazzio covers yesterday. Seems the headrest used to lock in the lowest position and now doesn't. Anyone else experience this? By the way great product for the money.

Has anyone done the suede insert? Getting ready to place an order and I wanted to see if anyone had a photo or could comment on the quality/finish of the suede.

In talking to my upholsterer, he told me that suede typically doesn't hold up to sun as well as leather and will fade over time. I was thinking the same thing until he told me that, then changed tact.

Looks like you are in Utah as well. Who do you use for upholstery?
