Are they wider rim than the other ones you took off? Different tires? Stick weights or on the bead weights? Did you get it aligned after changing the stance???

A local tire shop that I've been using for years they didn't use the cones when they balanced them they used the mount thy matched your lugnut holes exact

If it was RF balanced then the tech either did not do it correctly or should be able to tell you exactly what is wrong with a wheel or tire.

Alignment has nothing to do with it.

He said hey balanced out fine on road force nothing was bad. I don't know if this has anything to do with it but I did have to put a 1" spacer on the front to clear the caliper

what kind of spacer? at 1'' I hope they are hub centric and not slip on, if they even make 1'' slip ons lol if they aren't hub centric that could be the issue, if your rims aren't sitting properly it will cause vibration

If they are not hub centric wheels and spacers, that's likely the issue. Wheels can be fitted with hub centric rings, spacers not so much.

so are the spacers mounted with conical nuts into a conical seat on the spacer?

If so, loosen them all up. Tighten one finger tight, then one opposite finger tight, alternating around the spacer. Then go back and check them all, still finger tight (some will have gotten loose as others were worked)

Then begin torquing in the same type pattern, using a known good torque wrench.

I've mounted non hub-centric wheels on cars this way for a long time, including race cars and high speed runners, with nary an issue. It does take some patience.

I'm not saying it will fix your problem. But for free, it's worth giving it a try just to see if things change. At worst, nothing will change, at best it will offer a cure, or at least give you a clue you are on the right path.

If you can tell where the shake is (steering wheel, front tires, your seat, rear tires) that's where I'd start. If you can even tell L from R, that would be awesome. Do one at a time and test drive. If things get better, do them all.

Edit: If they are flat bottom nuts or seats in the spacer, what I suggest will never work. The centering action of the mating conical surfaces over a somewhat closely toleranced hole/stud fitment is what allows centering to occur.

might want to make sure that the nuts holding the spacer on don't stick out past the spacer as well. make sure they are flush with or well seated.

cant hurt but in all reality the sequence is kind of irrelevant due to the fact they are in fact hub centric, the way they are designed they SHOULD naturally sit properly centered on the hub.
