Have any of you done lessons at any of the resorts in the last few years? The GF wants to go skiing but hasnt gone in a long time and was a bunnyhill type when she was going. So she wants to go and take a lesson but i have no clue if one resort is better than another in that department

 

Doe she ski or snowboard? I actually teach snowboarding at Crystal, so I'm biased.

 

Ski. She knows pizza and french fries and that was about how advanced she said she is lol

I'll be up at snocrummie on Monday. I don't normally go during the holiday season since every mofo and their dog will be out, but that's the only time I have off right now.

I wish I could. I've got to make sure a million dollars worth of rock gets produced in spec and on time. I'll see what I can do with the short notice. Maybe they'll have pity on me since they're working me to death.

Pretty much any mountain will be able to get her a lesson beyond that, so just choose the one you want to ride at

I might have a bit of free time coming up for shredding. I had a diarrhea of the mouth moment in a group text that included a guy I was venting about. He happens to be the money man for the company but has zero experience with the aggregate industy. Yet he feels the need to micromanage and belittle my experience with crushing. I spoke my mind and instead of having a tit for tat via text, we will be continuing the conversation on Tuesday. TBC.

 

I remember when you started, you said you had doubts about the guy, and wether the job would work out....guess we'll find out. I hope all goes well.

 

Ok folks, tomorrow, Fri the 30th Crystal. Hit it and quit it. Arrive at 8, ski till 1, burgers and beer at Naches Tavern on the way down.
