im sorry if i shouldnt post it here i was just trying to get some opinions from 1st gen owners. but i recently posted a thread in wheels and tires askin if 18s would look good on my truck. but no one responded with 1st gen tacomas. so what i wanted to know is who would run 18s on there 1st gen tacos. and whats yalls opinions on running such a big wheel. they will only be used during the summer. and pics would be great if anyone has some. these are what im looking at.this picture really dosent do justice tho its better in person

the important thing is that YOU like them...if YOU like them then get them and put them on and rock them out

if YOU dont like them then dont get them

dont base your judgement of them on our opinions

looks awesome, but is your truck stock height? imo for such a large wheel a small lift would complete the look.

I think 18s would look a bit too big for the truck. Maybe 17s would look better. How high of a lift are you thinking about?

are you going to be wheeling the truck a lot? i would think they would get pretty thrashed if you are. personally i think 17's are too big on a small truck. but to each his own. im not into the big wheel style at all

I like the look of the wheel but they do seem to big for the small truck. I have 18's on mine with low pro tires and I like them better then the 15's I had on there but then again mine is a Street Queen and will never see any off roading. If I were set up for off roading I wouldn't want anything bigger then a 16. That is not bad for $200 either. If you dont like them later on you are not out a whole bunch of money...
