Twin Stick Transfer Case Modifications

    Currently making my own twin stick and the transfer case needs to be modified to allow 2L. I'm aware that the protrusion on the left fork shaft (H/L) needs to be ground down to allow individual movement however there is also a lock pin that needs to be removed. Does anyone know which pin in the picture below it actually is? Cheers!

    It's the one that connects the two rods. They need to be able to move independent of each other

    You have to ground down the High and Low Fork Shaft as well? For some reason I was under the impression that you only needed to remove the red-circled straight pin. Maybe I'm misremembering...

    That was my suspicion but wanted to make sure... thank you so much!!!

    Yup! The little protrusion inhibits the left fork shaft (high low) from moving while the shift finger is in the 2/4 fork shaft position.
