Greased the zerks since I changed the oil last week

 

My project for the Christmas weekend!

Took my kids with me wheeling yesterday and although there was no snow, a decent amount of sand got into the truck. The OEM cloth mats are creased and always moving around when the kids are back there so I need an alternative, preferably all-weather. Anyone know if the OEM rubber rear floor mats are any good or should I preemptively upgrade to something else?
Already have the OEM all-weather mats in the front and for the weather we see here in Phoenix, they are fine.

 

Lemmee know how this project goes and whether it was worth the effort.

Repainted my grill and bumper. Enjoying my new LED fogs from Apex as well as my stealth light bars. Its the little things in life that bring me pleasure!!

 

Clay bar isnt that bit of a deal, slight time consuming. If you have surface contaminants you can feel, its def worth the effort.

Just did my mom's highland. That car was smooth and slick when I was done.

 

Paint protection is ALWAYS "worth the effort"!!! Especially if you plan on driving your vehicle for many years or if you want to sell it in the future. LOL

 

Yessir. Can't figure out what it is. So my "fix" for it was to "open" the oem roof rack bars so that noise almost drowns out the whistle... Almost.

Whipped up some quick and dirty Rotopax mounts. Cost me less than $20 I'll replace those washers with a large cnc cut special washer when I get a chance.

 

X2 on the Wheelskins. Had one in the '90 4Runner. Great quality. Take your time with the stitching and it'll come out lookin awesome.

 

I'm taking the truck to the Dealership tomorrow to have the new thicker and stiffer door seals put on under warranty.
That should (damn well better) stop the $32K vehicle whistling sound from entering.

 

Whoops, sorry guys. I thought you were talking about the annoying door seal whistle.
My bad.

 

Interesting... is that a TSB by chance?! Known problem/issue, and solution?! Can't fucking figure out where my whistling noise is coming from.

 

Took my emblem off my stock grille to stick on my black grille. Also decided to paint match it. Waiting for it to dry fully before she goes on
