    I got pretty good at driving while looking through the viewfinder of my camera (I do not recommend doing that btw). We stayed in the same order through most of the trip and I was the caboose so there's a lot of @Kens04Taco 's tailgate lol

    dude it was so cold that first night, lol. I was actually ok in my tent, I have a sleeping bag that's supposed to be good for freezing weather so it wasn't so bad trying to sleep minus waking up to my face feeling like an ice cube. I drank too much cheap whiskey that first night to stay warm and woke up with a huge hangover, only to find out all the water was frozen solid. No fun

    yea u have to boil ur water and put it in a nalgene bottle and sleep with it. then it wont freeze and keeps u warm for several hours

    im going to have fun prepping for the trip though i only have a month to get all ducks in a row but thats plenty of time i just need to set up some way to fasten shit down in my bed

    oh man, that was the other thing...keeping shit locked down in the bed. I had straps galore but I think we all had to stop at least a few times each to strap everything back down. Honestly, I'm surprised my 5100s aren't blown after this trip. Kind of impressed actually, lol.
