Its not. I never posted about it as it was such a quick process. If anybody is interested you can check it out on zillow or somewhere else. The address is 8712 Valley View Dr SE in Huntsville.

Split levels are great. Double the space on one side of the house with minimal stairs. Hit me up when you're ready to do something about the carpet. I do own a carpet company after all.

You can do hardwood yourself. You don't need an installer for that. It's not hard, just time consuming. I'd be happy to help when you're ready.

3/4 inch sand and finish is the best you can get. Secondly you could go with a 3/4 inch prefinished. If you don't want to spend that much, then your next option would be a 1/4 inch prefinished glue down, or floating floor.

All depends on what you want to spend. I personally prefer carpet in the bedrooms, and hardwood in halls, living room/ dining room, and ceramic in wet areas like bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room.

Few years ago my parents were doing the "click lock" flooring throughout their entire house. They ordered the stuff but planned on doing the install after a small vacation. I snuck home to GA from AL and installed it all in a weekend without any help at all as a surprise for them, it's super easy.
