    Thank you. Now you have made my decision harder haha. I was going to go with 887s and 275s on ray10 wheels but now I'll have to consider 888s. It looks perfect.

    Lol, 888s are perfect for our trucks! I've had them on about 4 months and haven't noticed any settling. I'm very pleased with them

    Did you take any measurements? I know most ppl say 888s give you approx 2.5 in. Also do you have 2nd or 3rd gen 5100s?

    I have the 2nd gen 5100s. Yes, 888s gave me 3.25" on both sides of the front. The measurements were 24.25 and may have only settled .25 so far. So, I'm still at 24!

    They raised mine that much! I was figuring around 3" or so. No problem.

    I am really happy that I can get that kind of lift without doing the upper control arms like you did. Thats a major savings and an upgrade to do down the road.

    did you purchase those TDR wheels form a dealership as OEM or are they the aftermarket wheels? What is the benefit of those wheels over a stock TRD pro wheel? I assume you did it for the width ?

    Yes, I love the springs and 5100s! My truck alignment was good and drives straight with no rubbing.

    The TRD Pro wheels are OEM! I ordered them from Olathe Toyota for 745.00 shipped!. I got them because I love the look and color. I don't care for the glossy finish on the Tacoma Pro wheels. They are 17" though

    If you do the 5100/888 will new UCAs be something you eventually HAVE to do? Asking to know if I should just them right away or if it's a waste.

    Not to my knowledge. I believe you get new UCAs if you cant get your alignment right

    Anything at 3'' or more usually requires UCAs to get Caster back in spec. Many shops will tell you its in "spec" but its either at extreme manufacturer recommended limits or the caster is off. I've lifted 2 tacomas, first time I lifted the first one I tried to run factory UCAs, not concerned much with the caster, spec range, after running aftermarket on the 2nd tacoma, realized the error of my ways. Truck will ride better than stock with aftermarket you can get the caster ridiculously good, 2.5'' or so, makes the truck corner like a rally car.

    Well, the OME springs are for whatever you can throw at it. I assume you could take it where ever.
