No to sweet cornbread!
I use a 5:1 ratio of cornmeal:flower. Add buttermilk while you mix, then just a dab of oil. Mix again.
Pour into hot greased cast iron skillet, bake at 350* for....a while (til it's brown on top lol)

 

I hate mayo.

 

Unless you make your own mayo, I'm sure some of the same ingredients are in it

 

I used Miracle whip for a bit, then went back to Mayo. But I rarely use either, I am more of a mustard person.
