    If we're being technical about this, your example that Texas has a billion times more than Kansas is just as wrong. :notsure:

    Speaking colloquially, which is what I was doing, Texas has 2 NFL teams and Kansas has none.

    We don't have silly rules about magazine buttons , or limitations to 10 rounds in a magazine.. so I'd say that's pretty friendly. That and other states let us carry if we have our CCW.
