I've got a propane one. Works great, very easy to use too. Ain't nobody got time fo charcoal.

Besides your standard meats, fish (especially salmon) is awesome in it and relatively quick (only about an hour to cook). I usually brine the salmon for about 3 hours beforehand.

Primarily i would be smoking bluefish, salmon and ribs maybe the bird here or there. So the propane/electric seems more up my alley. I dont want to fuck around with charcol.

Charcoal for smoking is amazeballs. And not really more time consuming like you'd think.

@DoubleRGirl got any cheap cars you know of that are good. My sister is looking for one she wants to spend around 3-4K for something that will last a bit.

But propane is set it and forget it basically. I've done charcoal before, my father in law and I used to do a turkey every Thanksgiving with charcoal smoker. Sure it imparts better taste, but it's a PITA IMO

Late to the convo, but oh well.

I let my SXM subscription lapse, as there really wasn't anything on there I didn't already have on my phone that I wanted to listen to. The Jeep has it for a year, so I will listen to Onederland for laughs and songs I haven't heard for ages.

I'm a punk / emo / screamo guy who has a softspot for bad poppy techno that's bass heavy. I find myself turning into a grumpy old man when it comes to music as 90% of the bands I like haven't released an album I've liked for awhile.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ogjtm7nFSsU

This more or less sums up me, sadly. I haven't been a a legit rock show since Jimmy Eat World's "Futures" 10th anniversary tour.

Also on a side note, I've got the Santa Clause on in the background and notice that the reindeer noises are the death sounds of the zombieman and imps from the original DOS / Windows 95 version of Doom. I need to get out more.

He should be giving that iron bull thing away for free.... that's road armor, body armor, or iron cross level of ugly. I can't believe people are dumb enough to hash out for that piece of crap when there are so many amazing fabricators (CBI, bruteforce, sos, Demello, pelfreybilt, relentless... to name a few) that cost half that, and are built to withstand a semi truck ramming them in the ass.

These holiday sales have me locking my wallet in my safe to prevent from 'accidentally' buying more armor...
