Had my ARE cx shell installed, finished construction of the sleeping platform, and let the dog test it out. Merry Christmas to me!

 

No lift in the rear!

Yes it's a little lower probably an inch or so

Installed the nerf bars but the passenger side seems higher in the back than the front. Not sure what happened. I couldn't tweak it to fix it with the bolts loose. Not sure if something got damaged in shipping or what but I plan on taking it completely off soon and trying again.

If anyone has any tips I would greatly appreciate it.

Did you leave the kings at factory height or did you crank them up to clear those 285s?

 

I have 285 in the back and they fit no problem

 

OK. Just completed the current plans. Here's a breakdown....
41.5" Wrap Around Eco-Light LED Light Bar - $215 Using the ZROADZ Bracket - $175
31.5" Eco-Light Bumper LED Light Bar - $150 with a modified bumper mount
SST Lift Kit (Leveling Kit) 3" Front and 2" Rear - $350
Custom Light Switch (The switch powers both light bars) - $20
4 BFG All-Terrain TAKO2 LT275/70 R17 - $930 (with hazard insurance and installed)
These tires are on the stock (17x7) rims and I have absolutely no rubbing.
Replaced the Standard hood with the Sport Hood (with scoop) and painted matching color - $1050

You and I are thinking along the same lines.

 

I have an AAL on the way for 1.5 inch lift but I kind of like how it is right now. I'll decide once it comes it. I can either install it right away or hold onto it and ride like this for a little then install later

 

Kings are cranked for 2.5-3 inches of lift approx.

Thank you. I'm finding out that "just slapping on" mods doesn't mean your truck gets better looking. I want functionality and good looks. I am thinking of doing to blackout emblems next.

 

Def looks like you're on the right track. I feel the same way about mods. Been researching rear plate bumpers for quite some time now. Still can't make my mind up. Was hoping there would be more options out by now.

How are those 275s working out?

 

I haven't done a rugged testing yet. I've been cranking the wheel left and right with no rubbing. Did it on hills, parking lot, and out on some mild trails. No issues. Haha, my wallet still has the bruise so I'm not gonna try to break things yet.
