Good Evening, hope all is well with you all. Was able to get a lot done around the place today, and back to the grind tomorrow. Want to share the frozen salmon I purchase at Sams. I prefer fresh fish , but these filets are great when placed on a slice of onion and placed in the oven. :hungry:

We are going to do a mini Christmas morning Friday. And hopefully they can hold her at bay until I can get there after work Christmas morning. We are trying for the best of both worlds. For one, it would be hard to get off, and I need to save my time to take them camping. Secondly, we are short on experience, so again would be hard to get off. And lastly, the compensation for working is tremendous, so I'll take a hit on the sleep part of it. It will nearly be two weeks pay for working the two nights. I think I can have a balance here, and then crash like nobody's business come Monday.

Jim hope all is well with you too. I also prefer fresh fish, and catch my own Salmionids when I can. When I can't then I do exactly what you do, and don't overcook it! Which I doubt you do. Great meal Jim.

Well my oldest son's favorite team is the Buc's. Back in the day when the Bills and the Fish were going at it he was a fish fan. But eventually switched to the Buc's cause that is where Grandma lived before her stroke, like great Grandma in his case even a Great Great Grandma ended up living there in the winter. Just a gentle reminder about the fish....

Omg that sucks the big one.
I know they put a auto gear in it. Most are auto. They dropped the ball on many fronts.

    Morning.
Hopefully a better day at the office.
Had to replace the starter in a POS older tundra.
7 hours later it was done. Right side exhaust and manifold needs to be removed.all nuts rusted round. No room. One wrong move and I burn the truck, break a stud, strip one. Then the motor has to come out with a big time frame and broken and cut out pieces.
Maine rust is a heartless bitch.
So I made it happen. Big deal... Can't register a good job anymore. Customer is pissed. It's Christmas.
Even when I win, I feel I lose...
