Jack stands are helpful when installing sliders alone...
But it is annoying have to go end to end lifting them and getting them in place.

 

I don't mind helping at all, i'm sure i'll be at @Texoma 's place at least once over the break, just bring 'em down there and we can get a couple guys on 'em.

 

one person holds in place, one person puts bolt in at mid point, done, no more lifting. I helped Mitch with his. It's a two person job.

 

This is exactly how I did mine. Two guys can do it, just takes some grunt work to start.

The shelf pulls out and the legs fold underneath. It's heavy, but I was able to drag it to my 4R, load it, realize it was too long, then drag it back out and set it up, again.
