9:04 departure but we have not started to board yet. Plane is here and empty though so I have hopes to be out of Denver by midnight.

So glad I bought one ways and this is the only frontier flight I have.

So much anger the tension is like a wet wool blanket

Interesting... Then you just snap the top parts off before grout?

I always go for the natural stone look :)

Varying weight by season and weekends, not super a lot, but dirt roads and wash boards a lot.

I wonder if the daystar cradles actually work

Yep, just walk around and kick them all off, yellow pieces get reused plastic spacer pieces get trashed.

Look depends on what the customer wants and what product they choose

    What hasn't been modified?
Everything I've read says if your gone flex the rear to get the daystar cradles. Otherwise you'll rip the bags. Talking to another member when not using the bags pull a small vaccine to keep them from flopping around.
Or if you don't wanna mess with air pressure and constantly setting them go with sumo springs or timberland bump stops

Cool. I'll look into them if I do any tiling.
I was (i know its surprising) being a smart ass with the natural stone look. All of my last projects have been for me, and a little unevenness gives it some character!

Depending on the cost a set of custom Alcan springs might be better then messing with bags. I love my Alcans.

I thought there was a group buy going around for them. :anonymous:

In other news... my front passenger caliper seems to be dragging on the rotor constantly. The last time I looked, I had plenty of pad life left... who knows when I'll get a chance to look at it. At least my propane heater arrived so if I get time, I'll be warm.

    Just a couple things
I had firestone bags for a couple years. Just removed them. Originally got them to tow a heavy trailer from coast to coast. I had the cradles and they work work well. I used to compress them when I wasn't using them. So they'd stay sucked to the frame and become bumpstops. If you don't compress them if you have Day star cradles they are noisy as eff. Sounds like your truck is falling apart. When you have them and wheel they are really stiff. Reallllly stiff I would recommend just getting bigger leafs. I have a bed rack, all my camping shit and an rtt and I eventually just stopped using the bags when wheeling/camping I think you'd be happier with just getting beefier leafs. My two cents. Any questions ask away

    Have I?

Useless on slippery surfaces... thats a common issue, not just me. And the great side effect of the ABS kill switch is it instantly disables all traction control systems. Usually you'd have to come to a complete stop, hold that traction button for 5 seconds and then lose it up to 30mph. Now it can go away and come back on at the flick of a switch. Not that I would have any use for that. :burnrubber:

I could see them taking a beating now that I'm living up the canyon... since I do like to tear it up on the way down which leads to heavy braking.

That has to be a later model 2nd Gen issue when you guys got all the fancy buttons. My 2007 doesn't have any of that shit and I was testing the ABS in this last storm. Very little action from my ABS and zero issues controlling it when it did engage. It must get all confused with the VSC and DSC and other shit they started to add in 2009 +.

@iRideMTB s does it, his is older. Even though it looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor.

I dont think I've had an issue controlling it, its just the fact that it freaks the hell out and doesnt stop as was observed in my elk video. I hit the brakes doing 20mph and it took insanely long to stop. So as long as there is somewhere else to go, its fine; the issue is when you're moving towards a stationary object or cliff edge and its not stopping that it'll be an issue.
