Every time it floods and they close work down, I'm over there taking pictures of the building and driving through the streets.

The snow we got several years back was a joke. Closed the building, and I went to the liquor store.

 

jeeeez. look when you are cooking steak (or chicken or pork or anything that is juicy basically) you cook it, then you let it sit off the heat for atleast 10 mins and don't do anything to it (this is the time you should take a picture because nothing else should be done, unless you are plating some mashed potatoes or something but still 10 mins you can plate potatoes and snap a pic)
I dunno If you have seen any of the deer steaks I have posted, but if you pay attention they are always rare-med rare and there is never blood on the plate because I let it rest before I cut into it. bottom line.... there should be time for pictures so next time I expect to see some
