Speaking from experience put some anti seize on the bolts for the beadlock rings and put them back in the holes on your wheels. Had those wheels on my FJ and ran them with out the rings through one summer and the holes were just about ruined from corrosion (beach trips). Had to drill and heli-coil just about every one of them to put the rings back on.

There is no need to buy new Tpms they can be swapped back to original vehicle and used in whatever wheels to be installed. No resetting involved. As long as they are reinstalled as removed. R-F R-R etc. dlearship won't pay for dismount. Hope this helps

 

another note: you can run 265/75-16 tires With stock height and no rubbing. Thought I read some one mention to you you needed a lift. I don't have a lift on mine for a year now. Have no issues. Just my 2-cts

 

was this due to the airbag light saying off even with someone sitting in the seat? yesterday i had a buddy in the passanger seat and out of no where the airbag turned off and his seat belt light started flashing even though he was buckled in. now even if no ones in the seat the lghts are on/flashing...

 

Boring, non-bro Tacoma that gets used as a truck upgrade. Swapped the great for highway but not for anything else stock all season Toyos on my 2016 SR5 4x4 for some Duratracs. Yes, I am perhaps the only person in the world (at least tacomaworld) who spends money to upgrade to capable tires but keeps the stock size (245/75/16). No lift. No questions about "will it rub." Doesn't look a lot different unless you get close. I do go into the woods and some pretty bad un-maintained roads, but my 87 year old mom climbs into this truck at least 2-3x a week. Will probably add some discrete protection against the occasional large bumps and rocks in the future (minimalist sliders and skid plates). Not to say that I don't enjoy lusting at some of these off-road pieces of art, its just not me at this stage in life.

 

Can I ask you how you installed that zroadz brackets on roof. Did you drill holes or went into factory roof rack holes already welded to the roof?

took my '17 to an upholstery shop and had the driver's seat shaved down to drop the position and carve out more of a bucket. amazing change, but still needs to break in a bit. much much better than the pass. side which now feels like a hard flat block of wood comparatively.
