I just bought a 2017 Tacoma SR5, double cab, long bed 4x4 and am considering upgrading to a larger tire. Right now I'm running (stock) P45/75/16s and am thinking about making the move to BFG ALL-TERRAIN T/A KO2, LT265/75R16. Does anyone know if I will experience any tire rubbing with this size?

    Thanks.

A simple search would have worked better in your favor! Tons of pictures, detailed discussions, and pros/cons of this tire size on your stock truck.

I never cut another man's slacks. That would be inappropriate.

    Yes they'll fit. A 265/75 (31.6") and a 245/75 (30.5") aren't a whole lot different size wise. Now if you wanted a 285/75 (32.8") or a 255/85 (33") we'd be talking about trimming and lift kits.

Curious, what about the OE tires have failed you already, causing you to look into new tires?

OP i feel ya on the hate especially when I was really new cause it is actually pretty hard to learn how to do a good search (i use tacomaworld on my phone so its not as convenient as on an actual computer).

But if you wait and find the right people, they will give you good responses and you can just go off of them or maybe ask for a link or two to some other helpful threads.

I wasn't trying to be a dick. But we just do not need a forum for every single thing. Especially something thats talked about as much as this.

I just know the KO2's seem to be the "go to tire" for anyone who buys a Tacoma so just giving shit.

Love my Cooper ST Maxx though! But not everybody needs such aggressive off-road tires. :D

Anything is better than the OEM tires though. I dumped mine shortly after buying my truck too.

Beware, the KO2 in a 16" wheel is only E rated, which means it'll ride like a dump truck

Fair, sort of. But you could also use Google. A phone is no less convenient than a computer for that. Just type 2016 Tacoma "insert what you're after". TW threads are usually the first few results.
