    Did Chestntris today. The machine I miss most is the cables. I only have a single so I can't do crossovers or flys. I've tried doing it with one arm at a time and holding an offsetting weight in the other but it just isn't the same :pout:

    Tried something new for tris. I did my usual superset of tricep press downs and reverse grip press downs then I did single arm press downs and it killed them. I did weighted dips after that and my arms felt like they were going to explode:muscleflexing:
