    True, but they had an experienced driver helping with setup, and data for the tracks with the current car from previous races. I think new young drivers with a whole new car would be tougher to get the setup just right.

    Nothing, I want Massa to retire and I don't want to see the Williams seat wasted. Let someone younger and better have a shot and prove their worth. Give Massa a coaching position or something.

    People have to remember that where teams place in the Constructors is worth 10's of millions of dollars per spot drop so having somebody that consistently finishes in the points is not a bad plan

    But even with the best 2 drivers, whoever that may be, they still won't be fighting for 1st or 2nd in the constructor's championship. I don't know what their goal is, but top 5 would be reasonable. Massa would be a better choice for achieving consistent points and helping with car setup.
