I want to put a Supercharger kit on my V6 3.4L but don't know if anyone else has put one on and what all they learned such as does it help the hp and did it have to have a tune? And just curious about pricing too

Welcome to TW! I don't have a supercharger myself on my 3.4 but many people on here do, and there are a ton of threads relating to supercharging our engines on here if you do a quick search. Definitely a big increase in hp. Many people just run the factory TRD supercharger but I know there are other options as well.

Also, any pics of the truck?

^^ Even supercharged they don't overwhelm.

    Welcome!

The SC out of the box isn't stellar. But it provides a decent boost and an excellent build platform, so you can further modify the SC further. Granted I'm on the 4.0 SC, but after installing the overdrive pulley traction on the freeway is a constant challenge if the road is even a little wet.

Fake ass hood scoop and bra have to go. Not hating on your truck but that shit is terrible. And windshield sticker too, it's a Tacoma no shit.

Way to hate on another member. Not everyone has the same preferences, nor should they.

I wasn't trying to hate. I don't think he did that to the truck himself since it was purchased used. I was thinking more like constructive criticism. I'm sure there are plenty of people here that don't find my truck to fit their taste. If it had been posted as a what do you think of my mods on my truck type of question I would have not said a damn thing, to each his own. I don't pay that mans bills.

You should check out a race track - plenty of horses there :p

Like other people said the TRD supercharger is a start - it's super expensive though. I dig your windshield sticker - I'm eventually going to have something up there on my truck for blocking out the sun even if it's just a strip of tint. Nice truck
