I looked at that Ferrino Snowbound 3 tent you asked about in the camping thread when I was looking for my new one. Consensus on it was for down here it would be way too hot for milder weather and condensation would build up inside because there isn't a lot of ventilation like the 3 season tents. For your area it may be ok though. They pretty much said it would be ok for me for winter only camping. That's a great price on that tent though and kind of hard to pass up. It can stand up to an incredible amount of wind/snow. I saw a video where they put it in a 90 mph wind tunnel and it dropped down but held it's place. Went right back into a normal position when the wind went down some.

I may still pick one up for winter camping later.
