    I use 5w30 conventional oil. Castrol GTX and a Yzzd3 OEM Toyota Oil Filter on my 2nd gen V6. I Change It every 4 months.

    I use Synthetic oil, either Pennzoil Platinum HM or Mobile 1 HM with a Toyota oil filter. I have used Quaker State Ultimate Durability cause it's cheap at the WW. I change about every 4 months / 5k miles, probably could go much longer but it costs under 30 bucks and takes me about 30 minutes. Cheap insurance if it keeps my motor happy.
