    yeah they allow you to turn the passenger one on and off so you can run race seats with out the positioning sensor

    Well, looks like my URD Throw out bearing upgrade crapped the bed. Shut the truck down this morning, had forgot to put it in gear, so with the door open pushed the clutch...hear a squeak from under the truck...did it a couple more times, almost positive its coming from the transmission. Sigh, really don't wanna have to pull the trans to replace the bearing.

    I don't exactly follow what you mean about,"forgot to put it in gear,"?

    Which TOB do you have? The one with the input shaft sleeve, of the whole replacement TOB which is of a different style of operation?

    All that I can say is monitor the noise. I am aware of a few cases where the sleeved came off and would spin. Installer error. Others, the sleeve would intermittently squeak. It is just the nature of the design, as it axially loads the input sleeve.

    My pedal squeaks on occasion, but this is definitely coming from the transmission. Different sqeak.

    Yep, that's the plan. Haven't noticed anything detrimental about it, but have just now noticed the squeak from the tranny, so it must be deteriorating, whatever it is.

    Could just need some more grease. Best case.

    On the later sleeve installs, I added JB weld, to fill in the voids of the worn out shaft, and for overall structural rigidity. To many stories of people's coming loose. We also added a different grease than what came with that bearing kit.
