    That sounds like a perfect excuse for a meet up I'm sure Santa will probably bring someone else here something taco related and there gonna wanna put it on too. Sadly my bumpers won't be ready till like march :( but when I do get em I think I'm gonna do an install party as well I mean why not right all the other regions do hahaha

    Even that won't help, trust me. My house was built in the 70s and the garage insulation sucks, to say the least. Have to one day think about what I can/want to do to make it better.

    Mine was built in 1952. I have on and use it when I'm out there. Get's the garage toasty warm. When I installed the top on my convertible Falcon, I had the garage between 75-80F during the week between Christmas and New Years a about 10 years ago and it was 25F out side. It's all about being able to pump in more BTUs than what escapes.

    True. I have two 100 gallon propane tanks on the side of my house already, for my forced hot air heater, so I guess it would MAYBE make sense to look into something that and possibly hook it up to that?!

    I guess I'd have to do some research on that and call the local propane company that I use to see if they "allow" that.

    I have a torpedo heater connected to a 20lb tank. Only connect the tank when I'm out in the garage otherwise it stays outside. Heater was about $100 at Lowes - basic model. More expensive units have a thermostat to turn on & off. No need to connect to the bombs on the side of the house. I have one of them too and haven't had the need to go any bigger than a 20lb tank. I'll take a picture of what it is if you want when I get home.

    Here's what I use. Now, this thing is for temporary heat in places like a garage or shed. It'll produce CO, so you shouldn't use it in the house. I use a CO detector when using this in my attached garage.

    In another 45 minutes, I'll be off until Jan 3rd. Holiday is obviously with the family. Next week I'll be looking for a project or two around the house. Maybe go to the Cape for a day or two.
