As a fan, I couldn't care less about any bowl other than the play off "bowls".....

I like the bowl system, too... I just wish it would shrink back down. The fewer bowls there are, the more meaningful it will be to play in one. Rewarding 6-6 seasons (or even a few 5-7 seasons) is so dumb.

I concur, though college football everyday for a month is quite nice.

is this the year Notre Dame beat the noles? I still think after all these years that ND got robbed for not getting a share of the title. But they wanted Bowden to get a championship.

    Date: January 8 at 7:00pm
    Tickets: $15

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to showtime for in-theatre service.

Fathom Events is thrilled to present The Bowden Dynasty which opens as a WORLD PREMIERE EVENT LIVE from the majestic 2,000 seat Mahaffey Theater in downtown St. Petersburg, FL on Sunday night January 8th 2017 – on the eve of the College Football Playoff National Championship Game across the bay in Tampa.

The LIVE program begins with a 5-minute taped recap of the day’s events with an emphasis on celebrities and Red Carpet arrivals/interviews. As the film’s credits play the program reverts back to the stage where our host moderates a 20-minute question and answer discussion with Coach Bowden and special guests to be named later. The program concludes with a special recognition from Coach Bowden to all his former players and program assistants in the audience.

Yes, this was when we won in 93.

I've seen a lot of ads for this. Looks pretty cool.

FSU gained a commitment from Cam Akers, 5 star RB. Huge pickup, the guy should have an immediate impact with DC4 leaving almost certainly.

UGA was a big player for him...until Sony and Chubb decided to come back.

Not too worried though, we're pretty stacked at RB for the next few years anyway.

Yessssss. But makes way too much sense.

Can you imagine the $$ an expanded viable playoff would be? No more arguing...if you cant make Top 6, you shouldn't be in the Playoff anyway.

Noooope. Only his third year actually playing.

It does seem like forever ago when he burst onto the scene taking over for suspended Todd Gurley.
