Silver would be my 2nd choice after white. Black looks the sharpest but it is a full time job and a non-starter when it comes to wheeling. (scratches)

I narrowed it down to my two favorite colors and the one configuration that I wanted. Then I searched until I found that configuration in one of the two colors.

I was between and inferno and blazing blue pearl. Found the blue first so went with that. It's a fantastic color!

And when you go to look for a used car, all you're going to find is those conservative colors. (and lots of them) If someone is looking for Inferno, and mine is for sale, I will have the upper hand.

MGM was my favorite followed closely by white. Since I ordered mine I had the choice. Honestly I should have gone with white. I LOVE my MGM truck but scratches show easily. Wouldnt be the case with white

I asked my wife what she wanted :angrygirl::anonymous:

We are going with Blue. She chose the color, I chose everything else!

Out of curiosity, how well does MGM hide dirt?

I just bought an Inferno orange SR5. I didn't set out to buy an orange truck...but I absolutely love it! I popped when I saw it on the lot. Reminds me of the type of orange used on Tonka trucks I had when I was a kid. Inferno just spoke to me.

The one that is sand colored is nice too...especially with black wheels. Plus it's great beach camo for sneaking up on the bathing beauties!

Silver is reported to be the most often purchased color, however if you talk to body shops and ask what color car they work on the most they'll say silver. Besides being a common color (therefore most likely to be involved in any wreck just due to how common and popular the color is), there is reason to believe that it is harder to see silver cars on the road. Especially during sun rise and sunset. Also silver can be hard to see in peripheral vision. All this adds up to a logical conclusion that silver cars may get into more collisions due to their color.

Add to the fact that in the area I live the average driver is a moron and tend to have divided attentions with all the stupid crap people think they can do while driving and it all can increase the odds of collision.

I love Silver vehicles and probably have owned the most in that color, but you reminded me of one of my buddies having a Silver GTI 30 years ago, some woman plowed into him claiming something about a sun spot causing it, lol.

Never thought I'd buy the Inferno but it was the first one I test drove. Left the dealership and couldn't get it out of my head. Test drove a few others in different colors, but kept coming back to inferno. Haven't regretted the choice once. When I look around the parking lot it always stands out and I like the uniqueness. Didn't think once about resale since I'm the one driving it right now and looking over that crazy ass orange hood makes me smile.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
That the interior is black or gray is all that matters

Best deal on the lot. I wanted a MGM but it was a 2017 and a long bed TRD SPORT. They wanted way too much for it. I left with my 2016 TRD OR 4x4 in silver sky metallic. Which I like also

Here is my opinion and preference and why
1.MGM nice color not to bright not to dull a good medium color
2.Black but don't want it to hard to keep looking good
    3. white but to many white trucks on road already looks like a fleet truck.
    4. sandstone looks good but for some reason just couldn't do it over the first 3.
    5. silver and red tied for me but just not appealing as the above.
    6. BBP and inferno last choice for me. The BBP is just to bright for me hurts my eyes. The inferno is a notice me truck also and I might be somewhere I dont want to be seen and that color will draw attention to u.

IMG_1197.jpg Silver Sky Metallic or 2SSM because it hides scratches and paint imperfections and still look amazing when it's all waxed up:thumbsup:
