Viper alarm issues

First post, I bought this taco a few months ago and it has a viper alarm system with remote start. everything has been going great until today when I drove it ten minutes down the road came home and the remote would not communicate with the alarm system. it's a viper 5704 system with the viper 7756v remote. it won't lock or unlock the truck so I had to disable it to be able to use my truck without the alarm sounding.
The remote is charged. my other remote is charged and they both do not communicate with the truck.
I unplugged the fuses and my battery and thought that this might reset the system with no luck.
The viper alarm manual online is a waste of time.
Things I noticed when trying to get the remotes to work was a clicking noise under the dash and my dash lights flashing.
My only option I see now is waiting until an authorized dealer opens and would be willing to look at it and maybe knows something I don't.
Any input or similar experiences would be great.
I thought maybe my battery was going dead in the truck but have had zero starting issues.
Truck specifics 13 taco Trd 4 door long bed 4wd 43k 4.0.

Any chance it's sill under warranty?

 

Bought the truck used from a private seller. no warranties.
