Ordered my Opt7 LEDs today!

 

Baja pro fog lights installed.... they are very bright.

 

Installed my alarm and remote start with 2 way paging system after work last night.

 

Are they illegal in Canada?

Before you get those cheap HIDs you might want to check some of the threads on HIDs I don't recall witch one, there are so many threads about moding lights. But there were acouple about the HIDs frying the ECU. I have the Opt7 h-11 in high/low/fog for about 5 months with no problems. The only bad thing I've readn about them is their distance output.

Well this is a massive thread... I'm sure this has been asked before, but how does everyone like window visors for off-road use? Are they hard to clean after? Are the sucesptible to damage or destruction while off-road?

I get a lot of rain on the west coast but I like my fresh air while driving. I also don't want to drop $$$ on visors and go off-road only to have chunks torn out of them.

I do at times take my truck down old trails that are overgrown so there is bush and some minor pinstriping.

TLDR: Are visors worth the added in cab comfort and resilient enough to not break offroad on mildly overgrown trails?

This is why I didn't get HIDs. Light output doesn't necessarily go out farther than stocks, but the spread of the light seems better to me.
