Is the first notch .66"? This gives an Access Cab a nearly level look with maybe a half inch of rake?

    Thanks a lot!!

The ride is great. I think the 5100s improved the ride.
    Yes the tires are 265/70/17
When I first put the tires on I may have lost about 1 mpg, but haven't noticed any difference since the lift.

3gen 5100 with 887. HS 3 leaf aal. Driver side spacer. I got about 3" up front and 2" in the back.

I can't say enough good things about Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road.

Damn, it seems like we get so many mixed numbers on these lifts. I know 887s seem to give you about 2in on the 2nd gen 5100s. Now it seems that the 3rd gens put it up to 3in. I would think a week would be long a enough time to set settle the springs. What size tires are you planning on running?

I think you have your gens backwards. 887's give 3 inches on 2nd gen and 2 inches on 3rd gen. Main difference is the 3rd gen from the factory sits 1 inch higher than the 2nd gen.

Correct on the 3rd gen and 2nd gen trucks. I was talking about the 3rd gen vs 2nd gen 5100s. Sorry, I didn't make that clear. MitchK was saying he achieved 3in on 887s with 3rd gen 5100s. That is what I was referring to.

Wanted to provide my feedback and results. Recently lifted my 2016 DCSB TRD Sport 4x4. I used the 3rd gen Bilstein 5100's on all four corners. Front are set to the 4th notch or 1.55" setting, and I installed the ICON 3 leaf progressive AAL in the rear and left the overload in.
I did not do a diff drop or carrier bearing drop and the UCA's are stock. Current tires are Cooper AT3 265/70r17. I have also installed 1" Bora spacers to help clear the UCA when I move up to 275's as I plan to keep the stock wheels. The lift measurements are below, I got 2" lift in front and 2.5" in rear with about 120 lbs in the bed. I am very happy with the setup, no vibrations or squeaking so far.

Before Measurements (Center hub to fender): Driver Front 20.5", Passenger Front 20.75", Driver Rear 21", Passenger Rear 21.25"

After Measurements (after 2 weeks settling): Driver Front 22.5", Passenger Front 22.75", Driver Rear 23.5", Passenger Rear 23.75"

I kept the stock front coils. I actually installed the fronts a few days before the rear Icon AAL, and besides the reverse lean I was really impressed with how the front suspension absorbed bumps on the road. It was noticeably smoother than when the stock front shocks were on.
