    Agreed, I've seen a few guys do that "mod" I would imagine the MPG loss is very negligible since the off-road doesn't come with the stupid thing. Who knows maybe you'll see MPG gains!

    Another thing I'm looking forward to doing is buying flexible mud flaps. These ones specifically:

    Wrong quote.... I cannot technology very good...

    @legacymon
    I ordered a set of 265/75R16's because a friend gave me his 2nd gen Taco rims... I thought they were a 16" rim... They were 17's

    A week later and I got the 17's ordered and mounted. Toyota was very good about it. Now I'm sitting on a mountain highway waiting for road construction... I have to poop... I dont understand why they're doing construction in the dead of winter at 5:30pm...

    Nice tires by the way, I got BFG KO2's
    Not fully used to how different they feel compared to the stock tires, but so far no crashes!

    I go to Earl Stewart Toyota in North Palm. I don't do any business with Royal Palm Toyota. I haven't had any good experiences with them so my business goes elsewhere.

    I didn't look at it so I don't know how dirty it was. My truck is my work vehicle and I spend a good deal of time off road along the transmission lines so I just maintain it according to the dealers recommendations. Besides I need the expenses for deductions come tax time.

    I love the look of these tires, just gotta refinish the 2nd gen rims and I'm seriously considering doing flat black plastidip

    Hey Jeff, So far I am happy with them, I paid $79.00 for each kit so 79.00 x3 H11s but they were the $99.99 ones, they were a very easy install no viberation and have a very solid fit, the kit had everything needed to plug and go. Opt7 has a fog H11 kit but stay with the one for the headlights their fog kit does not work as good. I have not been flashed by on comming drivers as of yet. They are brighter then stock and have as good or a little better distance as far as I can tell. I also changed out my interior lights to LEDs I used a company called VLEDs and have been pleased with them. The only thing I can say about the interior lights some guys were blowing fuses and breaking bulbs and were having trouble getting a good fit for the dome light, the dome light takes a 29mm and VLEDs have them. I think I went with the 6000 ones. I wish I could tell you which threads I read all this in but its been too long and there is too many individuals making new ones to keep up. Hope this helps.
