    Yes males are preferred but not really for their build or size Malinois are traditionally slender land sharks which is what most of those are. Females will and can do the work quite well but with the predominantly male kennel the males have a tendency to pay attention to the female lol like humans :}

    Yes it would work Mike. Up to 7 users shouldn't be a problem, hit 10 might be and can be an issue and is even one with Office Communicator. We would only need the audio portion don't think many of us would need or want to do the video or desktop sharing. Your internet connection bandwidth of course would be the limiting factor.

    Skype is one of the original Voice over IP programs. Intel had Net Meeting at the time ~20 years ago which was similar and used the RDP protocol. When Microsoft released NT 4.0 after NT 3.51 they would not grant Citirx the rights to NT 4 with ICA for multi user and purchased RDP from Intel which became Windows Terminal Server. ICA is still superior in most ways but Skype would work. Everyone that wanted to use it would have to have an Skype account of course.

    Not sure how many are going to understand that I do but then I again I have a pretty useless piece of paper in the file cabinet that says I understand it :} There is also a voip called Ventrillo it is a fee based service you but cheap depends on how many users will be on at once. It is private and controlled by the owner ie who ever set it up . I use it playing WOW .. yes I still play WOW been on it for over 6 years ..

    The server I use is http://www.typefrag.com/default.aspx?Referrer=Ventrilo+Directory the Ventrilo software is free.
    just requires a headset and mic and done . A few little tweaks for personal choice audio levels and out bound mic boost depending on the quality of your mic etc

    Ventrilo tried to break into the Medical of world of speech recognition at one time if it is the same company I am thinking of, and landed in VoIP space.

    WOW is Windows on Windows which Microsoft purchased from Citrix more than 20 years ago. At least to me ;)

    I have those papers someplace even scanned into the cloud, CD's and even on a floppy someplace LOL.

    CCA Certified Citrix Administrator. Winview (OS2) and Winframe (NT 3.51)
    MCSE Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. At least that was NT 4.0 but started with NT 3.5
    CDIA Certified Document Imaging Architect. Yes I was one of the first CDIA's that can spell it Architect before the Architects got their panties in a bunch and made them change the spelling LOL.

    We are getting old :-} And all this stuff is relatively new.

    Yep AA's CNE, CIS, MCSE, SANS Track 1 ( at the time no idea what it is now ) Windows Security all look real pretty in the cabinet . When I finished my degrees the market in this area is crap for money IE pays less then I get now and no bennies etc so well they sit and I have a lot of books laying around . I am about to clear them out though . And the WOW I was referring to is World Of Warcraft :}
