Toyota's base truck. Does not have a back seat. Can be ordered with 4x4 like the OP has. Still a great truck.

Very nice great truck! Absolutely wish I would have gotten black myself. "You have chosen wisely my son"

Yes it has to make sence to the buyer of course. I looked at it like sorta of a blank slate I knew there were certain things I wanted to do with out paying for an upgraded truck and dealer mark up only to dismantle it.

Here's a couple pics of mine. 2017 Util model 2.7/5MT/4X4. The top spec sheet was sent to me by a dealer after inquiring about one on trucar. Keep in mind it shows the painted front bumper which the util package deletes to black. I've added WT mudflaps to mine. I live 1.5miles down a rocky dirt road so white was a no brainer for me as well as not having a painted bumper to get chipped to hell and back. plus I was able to pay cash for my truck.

I plan on adding alloys, intermittent wipers, and Clazzio's after recovering from the $24,000 check I wrote.

Have you or are you planning to add the fog lights at some time? I just finished mine yesterday and did everything in my power to make it as difficult as I could! But was really only 2 hr job and everthing is already on the truck as far as whats needed to make them work.

I have the Utility, SR, 4x4, AT. So far I've added cruise, intermittent wipers, hitch, mud flaps and a canopy. Coming soon: Weathertech or Husky floor liners, vent visors, maybe keyless entry. when it's time to replace the tires, I'll look into better tires and wheels.

Whats level of difficulty adding intermittent wiper and cruise? I was thinking of doing same to mine.

Awsome truck.....paying cash is only way to go. Ive purchased both my Tacomas that way I sure as heck dont miss the payment. I also refuse to pay what they are asking for some of these trucks today its ridiculous, Id rather peddle a tricycle to work before I would pay that kind of money.

This, exactly. I was driving a 2WD 1994 Ranger I bought new. Chaining it up to get up to my house every night when it snowed was getting old--as am I. I wasn't even planning on buying a new truck b/c all new 4X4s were $35,000+ when I looked at them. I was shocked when I got back an offer on trucar I could stomach.

Sounds like we think alike when it comes to vehicles I was just browsing the lot didnt see anything that I was going to not be able to live without. When sales dude asked me what I was looking for I told him a free truck filled with a bed of 100 dollar bills. He of course laughed but said they had a line on a truck I might like. Week later it was at the lot. I loved the basics of the truck almost like my 08 Tacoma.
