    I don't think the one I was looking at was tinted... But could be wrong.

    Body Armor Rock Slider/Step, 5100's, Falken Wildpeak AT3W's
    Muffler Tech on Florin rd (Sacramento) just did a great exhaust mod on my 2007 TRD today. For about $80 they raised that part of the exhaust that sticks down below the frame. Here is the after shot.

    I dont think you want black for a light bar. Unless you're more concerned about how it looks when it's NOT in use.
