I have a bike lock through mine and ratchet strapped down

 

Glad we drove down in the morning. These escalades, ranges, and the mix of cars barreling down the i17 during rain, sleet, mixed ice = results..

Idiotic drivers from the melting pot driving way too fast weather pernitting. 50+ vehicles now stuck or slid off the road.

Do they not salt the roads up here?

 

Some of the main highways they do a few roads in town are salted, most are cinders, but even with salt the snow was coming down so fast it wasn't going to do much.

 

5 beers in! The camera is as blurry as my vision.

 

It wasn't the snow. There was like a sheet of ice on all the roads. Very entertaining to watch other people struggle as I stroll on by in 4hi.

 

Yeahh once it get rolled on its stright ice. I was just out driving around an there's still idiots out, in 2 wheel drive an I just Cruz by an call them bad names for being dumb

 

Unless you can salt stupid too, it wouldnt matter.

Beginning of this year, i hydroplaned just north of black canyon city and totaled my taco. I will never allow my tire to be anywhere low on tread again and take my time. Just not worth it.

 

Very true.
But sitting at at stop light an going to take off it a game changer. Or up a hill.

 

Wait i though 4wd/awd also improves 4 wheel brakes and 4 wheel steering and...... my awesome wheels and tires?

People forget they always had 4wheel brakes.

 

Any local guys run 4.7 T-case? do I have to go to dual cases etc for it? orrrr? Trying to find info and nothing seems solid at all.... more confusing the more i search....?

 

Same. I have 2 ratchet straps on it with a PVC coated steel cable and padlock.

 

Trail gear makes the verso case which is drivers drop and bolts to our drivetrain with a 4.7. No dual case needed
