    I think it sounds good when you have a muffler that doesn't let it get raspy. The Magnaflows do that the best IMO. Glasspacks tend to make them loud and in certain tones sound really great but the rest of the rev and load range they sound untuned and farty. The Flowmaster deltas sound decent but not great on the 5vz, and pretty good on the 4cyl. But it just isn't easy to make 4cyls and 6cyls sound great, the V8 and the I3 are the only engines I've heard that are naturally blessed with sounding decent.

    It occurred to me that people got truck presents from others. I bought my sliders for myself. I couldn't imagine seriously asking someone else to buy parts for a vehicle they never drive.
