Shit man, I'm learning that we just have to stick to our guns and keep it reasonable.

My intention is to have this thing relatively "done" by the time I get married lol

It's a work in progress. See my build thread.
Yup... @Coot83 is going long travel, and I think I'm gonna take his King Coil overs off his hands.

Oh dude! That's the best way to do it! Those puppies out of the box are sexy as hell but I'm not sure I could pay for that!

We are in design mode to release a cab height rack that will work with tonneau covers. I don't know when it'll be released at this point.

Lol well it would be $360 or so for the cross bars then another $100 for the rack. So $460 total. Or do the bed rack w/ tonneau mounts for $760.

$460 is an easier sell to the wife than the $760 I'm afraid.

I sat at the dinner table tonight while the family played Cards Against Humanity and hand sketched a bunch of ideas on how to secure it to the truck, solidly and allow the covers to work. I still don't see it ever working with the trifold covers offered by Toyota on the 2016 to current. Most likely would only work with roll up covers or the retractable ones.

First off, CAH is an epic game to play with family. Much respect.

That might be perfect for me actually as I have the Truxedo TruXport on the way.
