I don't like not knowing when the voting ends or when it begins. Seems sort of squishy. Like the Russians planed to push the election to someone...

    Thank you.

The mods were 15 days late on strating the contest when compared to last year. I'm not sure why, if I had to speculate, it may have had something to do with the awards and vendors side of things. I really don't know.

I'm with you though, it would be nice to know.

Tomorrow if I'm healthy, I'm going to hopefully finish assembly of the front end, return some rental tools and get an alignment.

During the late evening I hope to put together a time lapse video of me rebuilding the whole front end. Should be pretty neat I would think.

And good heavens, I've been ravaged by some ear, nose throat virus, day 8, and still trying to turn a corner. We'll see, might have to wait a little longer. My ultimate plan is to hit desert dirt by week's end.

We are celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary this week too, so wife and I will be having a great time retracing the past. :)

    :)

Congrats! I've had something like what you're talking about for awhile now too - working in schools gives me first dibs on most bugs. Have a good time on your anniversary.

Tomorrow is my 18th year first date anniversary. I can't possibly pay it back. Too much to say, write, etc.

Well what I can tell you is that we humans can put a man on the moon. Even bring them back to earth safely. We can clone a sheep. Create immunizations for terrible diseases.

But cure the common cold / flu... No.

For most of the day, I felt like I had swallowed razor blades... my god.

Managed to assemble the driver's side.

I have to grind a weld for the caliper to mount flush to spindle, tomorrow. Then pick up new brake pad shim kit, pins, springs and torque some bolts, then alignment.

    So close.

The cold / flu sucks man! I hope you get over it quick. Certainly is the season for it. It's going around. My wife, daughter, and I had the stomach flu a couple weeks ago and I was vomiting so violently that I had a 6 pack after 2 days cuz my abs were straining so hard!

Hope you had an awesome Christmas Nick! Feel better!!

Hey thanks Ryan. Christmas was good, hope yours was well too. my kids enjoyed it very much. Sorry to hear about your shared pain. Nothing worse than stomach flu. The times that I've felt closest to death in my life, usually involved some form of extreme prolonged nausea. It sure makes me grateful for my health post recovery! lol

It isn't until you have food poisoning or stomach flu that you understand how it is millions die basically from nausea and diarrhea in the 3rd world. We start out healthy, fat and hydrated and feel almost dead by the end of it. If you started out already malnourished and weak just imagine...

Hope everyone is on the mend! Have been sick plenty this season but nothing too awful so far :fingerscrossed:

Working together, I'm sure we could make it work. Just requires time money and some planning.

You'd probably be the proud owner of the only linked-supercharged camper shell Tacoma in existence. lol. :D
