Wanted to test the coopers in the snow yesterday but didn't make it out in time before it melted. I'm not a big fan of destroying muddy roads so we drove in a half mile or so and called it a day. Got a couple cool shots though.

For main lights I'd agree, but for fogs, I'll prob just go with the DOT / SAE complaint ones. I do a lot of driving in Cali and don't want to deal with the CHP or city PDs more than I have to, already get pulled over quite often for the window tint, mainly because you can't read the "Arizona" on my LP.

I've never had an issue and I've been usually in Cali once a month for the past few years. My tint is 15 in the front and 5 on the back. Per California laws, all your off-road lights are also suppose to have covers on when you're on the road. Again, never had any issues due to an out of state plate..

I have the Baja design squadron sport wide cornering in Amber and I love them

Pretty sure it's more of where I'm at when I get pulled over by CHP. I used to be in LE, so I know how that game goes though.

Never had an issue due to the plate, was implying that I get pulled over and they say that they couldn't tell I'm from AZ because you can't read it on my plate because of the frame blocking it (yes, I know it's illegal that way but is a secondary violation). So hence, they stop me for tint and say that they didn't know I wasn't from cali.
Fog lights are always on, so was planning on white fogs & if you can use the rigid covers with them on then will grab some amber ones for when it's actually foggy out.
