I think the Access Cab Sport looks a lot cleaner than the Double Cab Sport.

Best looking 4x4 (or Prerunner) trucks in order
    1 Regular Cab
    2 Access Cab
    3 Double Cab short bed
4 Double Cab long bed (looks like a limo it’s so long)

Not necessarily, the smaller the vehicle the better it is for off roading.

    Thus

Reg Cab > Access Cab ≥ Double Cab Short Bed > Double Cab Long Bed

it depends on what kind of offroading youre doing too

if youre doing a lot of rock crawling...you prob want the reg cab for the short wheel base...

but if youre doing hill climbs you may instead want the long wheel base of the DCLB

theres not one perfect vehicle for everyone and everything

and i certainly wouldnt want a tiny little reg cab tacoma for a big mud bog...the bigger the better in that world

    That is very true.

Access cabs and Double cab short beds seem to be the golden mean :D

Yep. that is why I am considering a trail rig for off-roading. My 08' is a highway hauler though. That's what I bought it for, and it does its job beautifully. I use it for hauling stuff constantly - mud, rock, 2x4s, toys, cars, furniture, garbage, bikes, and dogs. :D

Great pics BTW! I especially like the one where you are cresting the top of those rocks!
