Actually with the tracksaw it was one of the easiest cuts I made,I marked and left a little room for adjustment if I had to recut. But didn't have to. I picked up the dewalt flexvolt saw a few weeks ago, and I'm going to the flexvolt tracksaw when the launch it stateside. The tracksaw really speeds up so many things and makes cuts so quickly it's like it's cheating

I built the cabinets and did the template so I was pretty through with everything being square. And the back splash is going to be chunks of Barnwood so I have a good bit of coverage to make adjustments. My only issue is I'm splining the upper bar, but on the lower I'm not sure if I can fit it together working around the lolley, and bar supports. So I may have to remove the barn wood panels to access the lower bars corner from underneath

    Cool

I had good luck using the GRK Cabinet screws to fasten my wood tops to the cabinets through oblong holes

Bugs in the wood?? How you keep em out of the house. If I were to bring wood in there would be bugs everywhere!! Your house looks nice, like the bar as well.

I have to be very selective of what I put in there. Buggy stuff has a rack outside. The bar you speak of is temporary old IKEA desk. It's for my twin girls to color at. I plan on putting a concrete countertop bar and incorporate my kegerater later one the floor and back wall are finished.
