    Same thing when I tried for 2 solid weeks decided to go with @Pelfreybilt and in 2hrs I had an email back decided to go with them because of the quality but most of all the killer customer service from satin no joke responded to every email within a few hours

    I like the style and price better on the brute force than the pelfreybilt...but depending on how this goes I may go 4x innovations or pelfrey

    Dude it's sooo sad when I think about it I wanted his stuff soo bad I started off leaving 1 message a week for 2 weeks and then left 1 message every day for 3 days at that point I was fed up and contacted @Pelfreybilt and now I'm a week into the 12-14 week lead time for my front and rear plate bumpers rear with a swing out that's why lead times are so long along with three black nNovember sale

    I still haven't heard back from the messages I left in the beginning of November I wish the customer contact matched the qlty of his workk.

    Stacked spacer lift, 22x12 wheels with stretched 33's, tow mirrors, bull nuts.
    Billy has always been great getting back to me and answering questions. Sometimes he does get busy and it has been the holidays. I have had great experiences with Brute Force and Pelfrey, but Billy is a one man show and harder to get in contact with. I love my bumper though! :D
