    Salt and pepper seasoned, brought to room temp. 30 seconds on each side in an iron skillet. 2 minutes on each side in the oven at 400 degrees. Covered with butter. Let sit for 5 mins. Perfection.

    I think that's for grilling veggies...I have a similar one that I keep in my kitchen. Not sure why this one is stored here...in the bathroom.
