5100 Clip Adjusting

    how do i adjust my clips on my 5100's no really sure if theres a proper way of adjusting this clip or not.

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    Take it off, and move it to the slot you want it to be in. I have always done it with my fingers, but you can use pliers if needed.

    I just used a c clip tool to spread it carefully as to not bend the clip.

    Needle nose pliers is what i used.Take your time and work the clip out of the
    slot.Then slide it into the one you want.:thumbsup:
    Do not remove the c-clip from the shock body.

    I just used my fingers as well. That way you will be more sure not to bend anything.

    one question..... is it a good idea to use 3" lift/spacer and bilstien 5100 with 1"lift? -so i will have 4" lift? will it work ok?

    Doing so would max out,and then some,your cv's..uca's..you'll never get close to having a proper alignment. So..."good idea" NOT.
