Where did you buy those stroke 2 leds? Is this also for hi/lo beams? Factory lights suck! I feel like my fogs are brighter than the headlights.

    Thanks!

After replacing the Hi/Lo's have you experienced any rattling or moving of the bulbs? I want to order LEDs but I want to ask you that the brightness is at least 50% better than the stock.. I don't need a huge amount but I know I want at least 50% better than the stock. Thank you so much! your posting has made this soooo much easier.

They are low beams. But i did have a morimoto hid in there before. And if i was off the pavement the lights would bounce. Havent had any issues yet with the stroke 2's. No warmup time. It is not quite as bright as hid but the light dispersement is way better

I purchased the the blinker and rear brake LED bulb sets that the OP posted and got hyperflashing. Not wanting to use resitors, is there any other way i could try and fool the system? I really like the output of the lights but the hyperblinking drives me nuts. In the interm ive got a few other ideas but was wondering if anyone else might be having this issue? For the record this is for a '16 double cab long bed with tech package and have the exact bulbs below

I'm having the same issue, but only on one side. I bought some new bulbs but haven't had a chance to switch them out yet.

the best solution without doing resistors is to have HID headlights, I have morimoto 35Watt HIDs and all blinkers work normally including the hazard lights, and others have posted they had the same results once they switched to HIDs I believe

but I was using XP80 LEDs from Diode Dynamics. They are some of the highest output signal, brake, and reverse LEDs that plug into the stock bulb locations http://www.diodedynamics.com/store/listed-by-vehicle/toyota/tacoma.html this is a link to the page where you can click whatever bulb location you are looking to replace on the truck and it will bring up a list of available replacements in varying outputs

Installed headlights and fogs yesterday. Picked some up from superbrightleds.com, and am very pleased with the result. The output of the 6300K lights matches the DRLs almost perfectly. Can't really tell a difference. Although, I'm not sure if you guys ran into the same issue as me, but the huge cooling fan on the back of the LEDs made it so that I hadto remove the headlight housing to get them in. This made theinstall a bear because you have to remove the grill and the front bumper to get the housing out.
The good news is these LEDs come with a lifetime warranty, so lets hope I never have to replace them.
