So I just got my rig aligned today and found out my LCA bushings are shot as well as potentially my right hub. It's it worth replacing with bushings with new poly bushing from energy suspension or should I just change them out with OEM LCA?

I changed my LCAs out instead when I had my 05. The OEM ones last a while. I also bet its easier then doing all that pressing stuff, and you get fresh balljoints. I also have an extra hub laying around (if you are 2wd) so you can fix that one and install it on your truck while having no down time.

@Crom did the burn and replace recently in his thread. He can tell you if its worth the hassle.

Id say unless you want to spend 1600+ on some aftermarket, just buy the OEM ones and be done with it.
Might as well do both hubs while you're in there also. You can buy complete assemblies here in the main classifieds. Pretty easy swap if you buy complete assemblies.

Got some house slippers and I wish I was in them sitting on my couch now. Going to be a dead week here at the office. Most of our contracts are closed for this week.

I did get a box of quick fists to mount my CO2 tank also.

Yea, i told the Mrs that i really only needed socks. I'm horrible with socks with my big ass feet. I cant ever get a pair to last a year withouts my big toe poking a hole in them. The slipppers were an added bonus. It was much needed and man are they nice.

What does an OEM run? 1600 is for the pair or serviceable lowers. Thats one reason other than the cool factor I'm thinkin' TC lowers

If you want to talk TC lowers, lets do it over PM. I can say it is nice have zero worries about LBJs and bushings. I have a new set of UBs waiting to be installed in my lowers. Im at 65k+ and I think i was too hasty to buy the new UBs. Turns out a good cleaning and lubing did the trick and i haven't heard a squeek since. I probably wont until it heats up again.

600 on lowers that will inevitably fail again. Still going to take replacing them 3 times to get the cost of the aftermarket ones.

    They sure are pretty though

That's the problem with quality. It's very spendy. The malls are getting serious though. Chic-Fil-A... don't even try it

I have an unforeseen trip to California to make in the coming week, then when I get back work will be slow enough to be back on a normal schedule where I can probably look at finally getting it installed and schedule the alignment. Last things needed really are just the leaf pack and might as well do new extended brake lines while it's all going on.
