TSB List

Hey guys I thought it might be a bit easier to find all the TSB's that are out if we post info and pdfs of them all in one thread. So we can all stay up to date.

that's 2 years old... Just a little out dated.

 

Where can we get a complete list? And will they only cover if still under original warranty? What about extended warranty?

 

does anybody know if these usa market tsb's are valid in canada? i am experiencing the decreased air volume complaint described in the 0072-09 tsb and i'm wondering if my dealer would accept a tsb intended for us model trucks.

Not sure. But....if I were you, I'd complain about the lower HVAC volume and see what they do. If they are worth a damn, they will fix it. If it is still under warranty, you shouldn't have to have the TSB with you anyway, THEY should investigate the problem and use THEIR resources to find solutions for you, as a customer. If that doesn't work, perhaps you can show them that the U.S. Market trucks have the same problem and show them the fix (TSB). Maybe even ask if the HVAC system is the same configuration for both U.S. and Canadian markets... (I bet it is!)

i emailed the service department the tsb number and let them know anyways. we'll see what happens!
