I Have another set I can cut unless you want to drop them off and have a homebrew. OR if @thefatkid wants them for his trail limo

Get 1.5" heim spacers. http://accutuneoffroad.com/product/bearing-reducer-58-bearing-12-id-1-50-width-304-ss/ DSM should be able to get them for you too.

My 1.25" aren't very wide and my mounts have taken some rod end material off when flexing.

Run the resi outside the frame if you can so that way you can use the CDC you paid for.

Break the leaf pack down to just the main leaf and cycle the shit out of it. My 2.5's barely touch the leafs when one side is fully compressed or close to. Will be less of an issue for you as your lower shock mount will be higher up than mine. I want to try and shoehorn in my 3.0 bypasses with the new cab and bed, I have my doubts. They are 16's and will need to go outside the frame where there isn't any room.

    Those are 12"s right?

I think my setup I'm planning on this spring will look very close to that. As vertical and as outboard as possible. Hoping to keep the lower shock mounts as high as possible by going with the shortest 12"s I can get (over the top cap, welded rod ends, etc.)

Also, how's the swap going? Don't know the next time I'll be down that way, but would like to pick up those parts when available.

SAW 12's, shortest compressed length shock that was out when I bought them in 2008ish. I could move the lower mount up about 2" to get it to the bottom of the axle tube, as it sits now it's not lower than the center and I don't hit them very often. When I swap my D44 hubs for Toyota based stuff with the dRotor I will redo them.

It's kinda stalled, running out of time to get out and work on it. Plus it's fucking cold in my garage this winter I need more/better heat.

I am getting some mixed signals here after having conversation with people at work about the new name.....are you thinking kitty as a bad word or like a cat? based on work discussion it could go either way. I just need confirmation so I report back tomorrow.:burp:
