I hear the noise when i am driving straight and hit small bumps... Its not every time though, i think its more when the elevation between road pieces rises quickly. I dont think i hear it if there is a small drop in elevation. I am temped to mount a gopro in there and drive over a bump to see what is happening, if anything.

If I remember right you have 887/5100/LR UCA's up front? I'm getting a clunk every once in a while also on that setup when I go over a dip in the road. I can't figure it out. I thought the sway bar might be hitting the bottom of the coil, but no evidence of impact on either. Curious to see what you find out.

I am running the 886 coils. Good to hear its not just me though. Did you get them from headstrong? Is the noise on the driver or passenger side? Do you have a 1/4" spacer on the driver side for the taco lean?

The mechanic at City Garage said it sounds like a strut but he didnt see anything wrong. Its annoying as i didnt hear anything till after i got an alignment from them.

I got the 887's and UCA's from headstrong, I had just the 5100's for a while, not sure where I got them from. I did have the driver lean spacer, but I removed it after I had some issues with the L CV axle failing. I'm pretty sure the noise is just on the driver side.

I figured, thats why I suggested we let one of the other losers without kids and lives do it. More free time and all.
